“Is there a path from Samsara to Samadhi?  (From Suffering to Bliss)”

Many of us see ourselves on a spiritual path of discovery and in that process, we often become trapped in the self-help process that may lead to a lack of self-acceptance and self-love.   It has been said that our complete transformation begins with a radical acceptance of what is.  Pema Chodron states that the “problem is that the desire to change is fundamentally a form of aggression toward yourself”.  If our path is to find joy, peace and/or freedom, could it really be so simple as to just start by accepting everything as it is instead of trying to constantly change ourselves?

Regardless of how you might answer the above question, our talk will focus on the “A, B, C’s” of how one may begin to reach such acceptance or surrender.

“Our Spiritual Universe”

It’s about the Universe calling us to come up higher using spiritual glue to fix the broken parts in our lives. The outer visible universe is but a shadow of a reality which lies behind it. With Paul of Old, “We look not at the things which are seen but at the things that are not seen, for the things that are seen are temporary but the things which are not seen are eternal” (II Cor. 4:18). The clue to the whole vast mysterious universe which is around us, is given to us in the words of Moses, or in the words spoken to Moses, “…this is my work and my glory, to bring to past the immortality and eternal life of man.”

“Manifesting the Life You Love-Part III”

The series will conclude by studying the principles of making room for the new, what you want, what the universe wants for you, surrender, and control.
