Class: Awakening to Life

Thursday, September 29
6:30-8:00 PM (On Zoom)
In this fast-changing world it is always good for those on the spiritual path to have tools to help them keep focused on their journey. During this class we will look at how these spiritual tools can help us go above the circumstances and patterns of our life. We will awaken when we become aware of the power within us so a shift in our thought processes may occur. In addition, the class will teach us how to go beyond our attachments and to deal with the ego. The class will highlight the stages of enlightenment, instruct us in mindfulness practices that include visualization and meditation so we can reach higher levels of consciousness.

New Class: Accepting Life with Heart

Thursdays, October 27, November 3 & 10

6:30-8:00 PM (On Zoom)

Regardless of the circumstances of our life, it is important to have acceptance of where we are and the people who are part of our everyday existence. In this three-week class, we will consider a number of important areas. We will consider feelings of unworthiness, accepting our bodies, the desires we have, and opening our hearts when faced with fear. Additional areas we will explore include compassion for ourselves and others, realizing our basic goodness and recognizing our true nature.
