Class: Spiritual Solutions
Tuesdays, April 9, 16, and 23
For every challenge there is a solution. In this three-week class based on the book “There’s a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem” we will learn how to use love, harmony and service to deal with any health, financial or relationship difficulties. The class will study spiritual practices that can be used to solve some of life’s largest challenges.
New Workshop: A Daily Dose of Joy
Dates: May 5, June 2
Time: 12:30-2:30 PM
In this two-part workshop, we will discover the power of joy. During the workshop, participants will learn ten steps to a happy life. These include inclining our mind toward joy, mindfulness, gratitude, finding joy during challenging times, acting blamelessly, letting go, loving ourselves, loving others, compassion and being. The workshop will be experiential with active audience participation.
New Meditation Class
Dates: May 8th and 22nd
Time: 6:30 PM
Kathy Israel will be leading meditation classes on Wednesdays, May 8th and 22nd. There will be an instructional portion followed by a meditation portion. Make sure you bring whatever you need to be comfortable during the meditation such as comfortable clothing and something to sit on.

Memorial Garden Service
Sunday, June 30, 2019 following Sunday Service
We will be adding bricks for Marilyn Stertzbach, Marian Vliet, Denise Churilla, and Elmer Schroeder.
Help a local soup kitchen by saving your plastic food containers with lids! They can also use plastic shopping bags. A collection bag is in the foyer. Personal hygiene products, socks, and underwear are also welcomed.

We receive money for the aluminum cans we recycle. There is a collection bin in the foyer. No steel cans please.
