“Easter Sunday-Festival of Eternal Life”
In a very real sense, opening the window of eternal life comes with the dawning of our spiritual nature. Easter is really a festival of eternal life. Festival means a day or a period of celebration—often of religious significance. Easter is a Christian festival which commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

“After the Resurrection”
Resurrection is defined as the restoration of mind and body to the original, undying state. This restoration is made possible by realizing that God is Spirit and that God created man with power like His own.
The Resurrection is commonly considered to have been a conquest over death, the ultimate miracle, triumph of life (Spirit) over death (matter). “Death is not the end of life, but rather the continuation of the life process. The proof is in the demonstrations known as resurrection and ascension.
We will explore the implications of the resurrection and ascension for our lives.

“Holy Breath – Pentecost”
Pentecost is the Christian festival celebrating the dissent of the Holy Spirit of the disciples of Jesus after his ascension, and it’s held on the seventh Sunday after Easter. Easter has come and gone, and the season of Pentecost has arrived. Pentecost is sometimes called the Season of Ordinary Time – and this ordinary time lasts until the Season of Advent arrives, and once again we find ourselves waiting for the coming of the Christ Child. Pentecost Sunday falls 50 days after Easter. And in Greek, the word means 50. Jesus continued to appear and teach his followers the first 40 days after Easter and the last 10 days they waited for the gift of receiving the Holy Spirit. The activity of God in a universal sense. The moving force in the universe taken as a whole. The Spirit is the infinite breath of God, the life essence of being. So, Pentecost is all about the 50 days following Easter. It is the story of what happened to the Disciples and how the Holy Spirit came to them through Jesus the Christ.

“The Power of Love”
“Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore, Love is the fulfilling of the Law.”
Love is one of our 12 Powers.  Some argue that it is the most important of our Twelve Powers.
We will explore ways to harness this Power to improve our lives and the world in general.

“The Compassionate Heart”
Building Spiritual consciousness is the most profound work we will ever do. And much has been said about the way to do this. No one will dispute that building Spiritual consciousness is best done through prayer, meditation and using affirmations and denials. Not getting into negative words that are habitual when we look to the outer- News of world affairs. Struggles personal and others. The magic words are these, this situation has no power over me.

“Whisper of a Mother’s Love
Feminine Twelve Power Ceremony”
This is the day we put aside our busy lives and formally acknowledge the generosity, passion and endless dedication of the nurturing women in our lives. Or the nurturing person – it could also be a man. Because what we are really talking about on Mother’s Day is the Divine Feminine. Mothering is a special gift from God and is not confined to just people who give birth to children – although these are primarily the ones who do the mothering. This morning we’re going to talk about the power of a mother’s love—though it sometimes is a whisper—it is nonetheless one of the most powerful forces in the world.
This service includes a 12-power candle lighting ceremony acknowledging the feminine side of the 12 powers that our co-founder, Charles Fillmore explained.

“Mothers Days of Past”
We’re one week past Mother’s Day.
For those who are Mothers, it may have been a wonderful day of love and celebration. For others, perhaps a day of loneliness or angst. Of course, not everyone is a mother, but one thing’s for sure, we’ve all had a mother or we wouldn’t be sitting here today. Now that it’s past, let’s take a look at Mother’s Days Past and Present.

“Fear or Faith”
Rev. Angela Stroup will share what she learned about fear and faith on a Medical Mission to Guatemala. Unity teachings formed the foundation for her service as a registered nurse to the Guatemalan people even though she traveled with an Evangelical Christian group.

“Frequency of Faith: What Mary & Myrtle Teach Us About Living in Challenging Times”
Two women. Two worlds. One timeless truth.
We are not the first to search for light in uncertain times. Mary Magdalene and Myrtle Fillmore walked through ages of dissension and disparity — and they did not merely survive. They became the light.
Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Mary Magdalene and Myrtle Fillmore, this talk offers practical and heart-centered insight into living with greater awareness, trust, and spiritual resilience.
Come ready to be reminded of the power you hold. The world may be loud — but your light was made for this moment.

“Behold Beauty Everywhere”
What is beauty? All of us may answer with different examples, but the truth is that we instinctively know it when we experience it. What beauty have you seen today? Have you watched the sunrise? Have you listened to beautiful music? Have you observed beautiful flowers? There are many places to find beauty—in people, in nature experiences as well as in things—even in breathing. Wherever we are, we are able to perceive beauty if we are looking for it and are tuned in to the idea of beauty.
Beauty is a spiritual thing. (Ecclesiastes 3:11) “He has made everything beautiful in his time; also he has set the world in their hearts, so that one can find out the work that God makes from the beginning to the end.”

“Where Love Begins: It Starts with You”
The way we treat others is often a reflection of how we treat ourselves.
When self-love is absent, we can find ourselves caught in a painful cycle—seeing our own unworthiness reflected in every relationship and interaction the world holds up to us.
But when we begin to return to love within ourselves, something profound shifts—and so does the way we experience everyone around us.
This talk is an invitation to stop abandoning the one person who has always needed your love the most… you.
This is where healing begins. This is where everything begins.

“The Father’s Blessing”
It is natural to want to have our father of our childhood to give us his blessing. Many of us might even long for our father’s blessing. No matter what age we are, fathers exert a lot of influence over us. — mostly as the voice in our heads. In many ways, we unconsciously carry our Father’s blessing with us every moment of our lives.
>Do you remember when you were little and you tried on your dad’s shoes? These might have seemed like the biggest shoes in the world. You looked up to your father and wondered how you could ever fill those shoes.

“Here Comes the Sun”
In plants chlorophyll exposed to sunlight splits the water molecule providing hydrogen and oxygen. We and other animals breathe air containing oxygen and eat plants that have converted sunlight into tasty food. Until recently scientists have thought that photosynthesis was uniquely a plant process. Recently it has been discovered that melanin in humans and other animals will split and reform the water molecule and provide energy to our systems. We are talking about human photosynthesis. Melanin is more than just a built-in sunscreen. The Divine Design is truly amazing.
